Mediterranean Chicken

2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
28 oz can whole peeled tomatoes (or fresh)
1 can green beans, drained (or fresh)
1 clove garlic, minced (1 tablespoon garlic powder)
1 beef bouillon cube
Italian seasoning

Boil Chicken, and then add to skillet
Open can of tomatoes, pour juice over chicken
Chop tomatoes and add to chicken
Stir in green beans
Add Italian seasoning to taste along with garlic and
bouillon cube
Simmer about 5-10 minutes
(Serve over cooked rice)
