Beef Bourguignon

1 can cream of mushroom
2 T onion soup mix
2 T beef broth
1 T quick cooking tapioca
1 lb beef stew meat (or roast cut into chunks)

Put all in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours
You might want to double this
Serve over egg noodles
